1. About Iderla

Iderla is an independent fashion brand born from the need for pieces that truly fit, empower, and celebrate individuality. Every item is designed in-house and produced in limited quantities to ensure quality, exclusivity, and care in every stitch.

2. Orders

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not yet guarantee your order — we reserve the right to cancel or decline an order at any time due to stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Please ensure all shipping and sizing details are correct before checking out. Once placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Custom Sizing

At Iderla, we understand that standard sizing doesn’t fit everyone — and we celebrate that. You can request custom sizing on select pieces by choosing the “Custom Size” option during checkout and entering your measurements.

• Custom-sized pieces are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable unless faulty.
• Allow 1–2 additional working days for custom orders.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable). Prices may change without prior notice, but once you place an order, the price is fixed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Albania.

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Shipping Cost: Free on all orders within Tirana, Albania

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or high-volume periods.

6. Returns & Fixes (No Refunds)

At Iderla, all sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our collections and the craftsmanship involved, we do not offer refunds or accept general returns.

We only accept returns in the rare case that:

• The item is faulty
• You received the wrong item or size

If this happens:

• You must contact us at support@iderla.com or via Instagram within 48 hours of receiving your order
• The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached

Instead of a refund, we will fix or replace the item at no cost to you.

7. Sizing

We offer standard sizes from XS to XL. You can view our Size Chart for detailed measurements. If you’re unsure about sizing or wish to request custom sizing, feel free to contact us on Instagram or email before placing your order.

8. Product Availability

Our pieces are produced in limited quantities. In the rare case that your item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, text, and branding, are the intellectual property of Iderla. Use or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
